Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio is ranked by U. S. News and World Report as a top 10 pediatric facility in the United States. To meet the needs of growth, and further match the quality of its care, CCH employed the most dynamic of architectural elements on its new parking garage.

ProCLAD fabricated and installed curved, intersecting woven metal fabric panels in a revolutionary basket weave design. Cambridge Architectural provided its Stripe and Midbalance mesh pattern and Eclipse tension attachment to form a contemporary, shimmering, diaphanous look.

"The metal fabric by Cambridge offered flexibility, durability and ease of installation in addition to the necessary high openness ratio for the two types of exterior treatments used on our project," said Raffi Tomassian, designer with DNK Architects.

"The installation went very smoothly," said Brad Hitzfield, CEO of ProCLAD, the installing contractor. "The Cambridge attachment design was seamless, user-friendly and delivered the look that the team desired."

The Construction Manager for the project was Al. Neyer Inc. of Cincinnati.
